Snorkel Camp

The perfect first step into the ocean!

Our Snorkel Camp is designed for younger kids (typically under 8 years old) who are not quite ready for scuba diving yet—but are ready for adventure in the water.

While older kids participate in our Seal Team scuba program, Snorkel Camp gives younger participants their own exciting experience exploring the ocean, building water confidence, and learning basic ocean safety skills in a fun, structured environment out of Destin, Florida.

⚠️ Requirement

All participants MUST know how to swim.
Children must be comfortable in the water and able to swim independently to safely participate in this program.

What Snorkel Camp Is All About

Snorkel Camp focuses on helping kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited in the water through fun, guided activities.

Kids will:

  • Learn basic snorkeling skills

  • Practice breathing comfortably through a snorkel

  • Play supervised water confidence games

  • Explore shallow water marine life

  • Learn ocean safety and awareness

  • Participate in structured group water activities

The Fun Part

This program feels like an ocean adventure, not a classroom. Kids get to:

  • Swim and explore in safe, controlled environments

  • Play underwater games and challenges

  • Build real confidence in the pool

Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: Pool sessions (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

  • Structured daily instruction and water confidence training

  • Friday: Optional weather-dependent group ocean or special activity day

Pricing

  • $350 per student

What Kids Learn

Gear

All snorkel equipment is provided and properly sized for children:

  • Mask

  • Snorkel

  • Fins (as appropriate)

  • Safety flotation gear when needed
