Course Format (2 Days)
Day 1 – Pool + Classroom
Morning: Emergency First Response (EFR) (if you are not current in CPR/First Aid)
Pool session: Rescue skill development & scenarios
Day 2 – Boat Day
Real-world rescue scenarios
Panicked & unresponsive diver simulations
In-water rescue breathing
Emergency management & diver egress
We keep it realistic, hands-on, and confidence-building.

Prerequisites
12 years or older
Adventure Diver certification (or qualifying equivalent)
CPR & First Aid within the past 2 years
If you’re not current, we’ll teach EFR the morning of Day 1 before the pool session so you’re fully qualified.
